Through fun games, small group conversations, and individual journalling, you'll uncover meaningful moments from your year, find their deeper lessons, and craft the stories you want to create in 2024. During this ChargeUp: Day Retreat we are creating space for women to be energized holistically with breakout sessions, workshops, and fireside chats that focus on Sweat (health), Work (anything you to do be productive), Love (relationships with significant others to, neighbors, family, self, etc), and Play (fun!).
